Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying Nexara. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued for Nexara subscriptions.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If Nexara isn’t right for your business, email support@nexara-ai.net within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that first month in full — no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to your first subscription payment only.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because each billing period reserves dedicated resources for your account (your business phone number, AI capacity, and included call minutes). If you cancel, your service remains active until the end of the paid period — you keep what you paid for.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — we will refund it in full as soon as we verify it. Contact us with the receipt and we’ll resolve it within 5 business days.
4. Extended outages
If a fault on our side keeps the core service (call answering) unavailable for a significant portion of a billing period, we will issue a fair pro-rated credit or refund for the affected time. Email us and we’ll review it case by case.
5. Usage charges
Pay-as-you-go usage beyond your plan’s included call-minutes reflects real telecom and AI costs already incurred, so it is non-refundable except in the case of billing errors (section 3).
6. How to request a refund
- Email support@nexara-ai.net from your account email.
- Include your business name and, if possible, the receipt or order number.
- We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
